The 2016 SEC football schedule was released on October 29th.
Each SEC school plays eight conference games and four non-conference games.
For the 2016 season, each school will play the other six members in their division, two cross divisional SEC games and have one open date.

Besides all the great SEC action, there are some great inter-conference games with the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12 and Pac-12 this season. Some of the best matchups include:
- Alabama vs USC in Arlington
- Clemson at Auburn
- UCLA at Texas A&M
- Ole Miss vs Florida State in Orlando
- LSU vs Wisconsin in Green Bay
- Mizzou at West Virginia
- Mississippi State at BYU
- Arkansas at TCU
- Georgia vs North Carolina in Atlanta
